Let’s face it, breathing can be tough, no matter if we are just starting to work out or if we are an experienced athlete. Breathing efficiently can be trained and will improve your energy use, regeneration, results and well-being.

In this 90 minute live webinar, we will cover the basics of:

  • breathing anatomy and physiology
  • CO2 tolerance
  • breathing warm up and cool down

The group size is limited to 15 participants. All webinars are delivered via zoom. All times are CET (Central European Time).
