If you have recently recovered from Covid19 or any other respiratory disease and still have trouble breathing, join this group for 30 minutes of simple yet effective breathing exercises. Together, we will release excessive tensions in and around the breathing muscles, explore different breathing patterns and breathe together in order to redevelop your respiratory capacity.
