Breathing is the source of life and the foundation of everything we do. Breathing efficiently improves our performance in sports, helps us to use our voice in a healthy way and has a positive impact on our physical and psychological well-being.
In this online course, you will learn to understand the basics of efficient breathing and immediately put the theory into practice.
We will meet for 6 in-person classes (90-120 minutes per week) to discuss the following topics:
- How to release excessive tensions in your breathing structures
- CO2 tolerance and nasal breathing
- Breathing and the voice
- How to create your own breathing routine
The number of participants is limited. All classes are delivered via zoom and will be recorded for the internal use only.
